The Elastomers Business Unit of Kuraray America Inc. will raise the transaction prices of our Elastomer products by the following amounts effective October 15, 2014, or as existing supply agreements allow.

USD 0.07 per pound

All list prices will be adjusted according to grade

Increasing labor, logistics, other process costs, and long-term effects of raw material fluctuations have negatively impacted our business. This price increase is necessary to help restore margins to a level where Kuraray can continue to support customer growth and new product development.

This price increase will be in effect for all shipments on or after October 15, 2014 or in accordance with existing supply agreements. Other terms and conditions are unchanged.
